I had been introduced to massage therapy when I was in grade 6, with help and encouragement from my parents. Having grown up in Muskoka, I understand the importance of balancing hard work with the necessity of rest. When I'm not working you'll find me enjoying all the parks and events Guelph has to offer, likely with some simple crochet in tow.
I studied at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough and graduated with an advanced diploma of Massage Therapy in 2013. I am registered in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario and am a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario.
I often treat conditions of chronic stress and repetitive movement strains and want to help people get back to their regular activities. I enjoy being able to provide proactive and effective treatments based on each unique person I see with a treatment style that fits their needs and desired outcomes.
