Only booking early can ensure the time that suits you best is specifically reserved.
Therapeutic and Deep Tissue treatments are often synonymous. I use many levels of pressure within an appointment to assess and treat the intended area according to the tissues level of sensitivity, reception to the pressure, and client request.
Remember, pain is not always gain.

Think of a massage as a language; you may know the alphabet, but each person will write an essay differently.
In my practice my touch relies on my use of knuckles, palms, forearms, and elbow as much as can. I have careful use of my thumbs for more intricate or small space work.

A pregnancy massage is safe and not too dissimilar from any other treatment. Treatment goals are often to relax tense muscles, improve mobility, and soothing sore spots. Positioning will be a little different but we’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible before we begin.
