As the end of the year approaches I highly recommend you book your final appointments sooner rather than later. My calendar will fill up quickly as most benefits refresh in the new year.

Therapeutic and Deep Tissue treatments are often synonymous. I use many levels of pressure within an appointment to assess and treat the intended area according to the tissues level of sensitivity, reception to the pressure, and client request.
Remember, pain is not always gain.

In my practice my touch relies on my use of knuckles, palms, forearms, and elbow as much as can. I have careful use of my thumbs for more intricate or small space work.

A pregnancy massage is safe and not too dissimilar from any other treatment. Treatment goals are often to relax tense muscles, improve mobility, and soothing sore spots. Positioning will be a little different but we’ll make sure you’re as comfortable as possible before we begin.
